H-DBAS update history

  9/15, 2009:Comparative genomics and RNA-Seq anaysis page were provided.
  1/30, 2009:Release 4.0 (based on H-InvDB 6.0, UCSC hg18 and mm9) was published. AS patterns relating transcription initiation/termination were added. Splice-site margin for AS identification was changed from ±10bp to ±2bp.
  6/13, 2008:Release 3.1 (conserved AS data was updated) was published.
  3/31, 2008:Dataset of Mouse full-length cDNAs was provided.
  2/20, 2008:Release 3.0 (based on H-InvDB 4.6, UCSC hg18 and mm8) was published. Comparative genomics data between human and mouse were newly included.
  5/18, 2007:Dataset was separated into H-Inv full-length cDNAs and H-Inv all transcripts.
  3/30, 2007:Release 2.0 (based on H-InvDB 4.0 and UCSC hg18) was published.
12/20, 2006:Release 1.0 (based on H-InvDB 3.8 and UCSC hg17) was published. AS patterns and protein functions were presented.
